Draft Day Approaching

The vote was close, but not enough to make any changes this year.  Next on the agenda is the draft.  Remember, the wifi at the Ritz has been declared “janky” so make sure your rankings and other draft stuff can be accessed as a hard copy or offline.   See you motherfuckers there.

  • Sunday September 4, 2016 at 5AM – Hold Ma Kick Autodraft.
  • Wednesday September 7, 2016 at 10:00 PM CST – Slab Bacon Draft at The Ritz
  • Thursday September 8, 2016 – Regular season starts.

SBFFL Offseason 2016

 

Here’s what you need on your calendar coming into the 2016 season.  The Draft date is SET IN STONE.  It is up to you to be there, find someone to be present for you, or receive a strike for the season.
  • Friday June 3, 2016 – Last day to confirm team ownership slot.
  • Sunday Aug 7, 2016 – Last day to purchase Buy-in $50 PayPal.
  • Monday Aug 15, 2016 – Voting Day.
  • Sunday September 4, 2016 at 5AM – Hold Ma Kick Autodraft.
  • Wednesday September 7, 2016 at 10:00 PM CST – Slab Bacon Draft at The Ritz
  • Thursday September 8, 2016 – Regular season starts.

Voting Day will decide the following- (7/10 votes needed in favor of rule change.)

  1. Waiver System: Keep as is, or change to free agency auction.
  2. TE Slot: Keep as is, or change to WR/TE flex slot.
  3. Playoff Bracket: Keep as is, or change to NFL rules. (Brackets are able to criss-cross so highest seed always plays lowest seed.)
  4. Divisions: Keep as is, or randomize.
